What are your symptoms so far?
My lower back is so tight, AF like cramps, really tired and sometiems feel light headed.
Have you gone to your first drs appt yet for blookd work?

I've been seeing a RE so I won't see my OBGYN for another 2 weeks when I am released to her.
Symptoms so far:
Morning sickness or should I say all day sickness
Sore breasts
Tired
Back hurts a little
Some twinges in my lower abdomen

I go for my 3rd round of blood work on Sat, followed by a 4th next week & than the 8th week sonogram - pray for a heartbeat.
I have sore breasts - that are HUGE.
I'm exhausted all the time, like I haven't slept in days.
Bloated like I would never imagine.

I am queezy (sp?) / nauseous all day

September 10! 
I had my first appt last night but didn't get any bloodwork. My doc took a urine sample (to confirm, I guess?) and then I just had my regular pap test. I go back next Tues with DH for the first sono. 
So far I am nauseous pretty much all day, every day. Haven't been able to eat much... I've actually lost 5 llbs since I got my BFP! I've also been abnormally tired. Congrats to all my fellow September ladies!!!

no symptoms besides fatigue... much different from when i was preg with my daughter.
i have my first dr appt this fri

i am due sept 19, at least that's what the girl at my OB/GYN office told me when i called to make an appt, lol. first OB appt is 2/2
so far:
sore boobs, VERY sore
tired
hungry
extreme bloating, my friend told me to go get a belly band, still have to figure this belly band thing out though, lol
ETA: OB changed my due date, i am due 9/19

Im due September 21!! My LMP was Dec 3 but I have 40 day cycles so I calculate about Sept 21...My DD's birthday is September 19!!!!
My first appt is Feb 3!
So far no symptoms just a bit crampy here and there...

How are we feeling??
The Nausea is kicking in as soon as I wake up, but then it goes away. Boobies are getting big and feel heavy when I take my bra off. No appetite in the morning.

I am due September 1!! I go for my first sonogram tomorrow so I guess I will find out if that is on target or not. So far only symptoms are sore boobs and I am tired!

I am...tentatively due 9/12. I go to the OB on Friday, so we'll see what she says.
ETA: Symptoms
Nausea
Sore back
Tired ALL the damn time. 
Occasional headaches
Get super hungry, then don't want to eat lol.

yayy!! So glad to be back on here with DC #2! I am tentatively due Sept. 27. I havent been to the doctors yet, I actually have an appointment for my annual on the 28th so ill prob have them confirm then and see what they say.
Symptoms are nausea and fatigue. I bf my first DD, and my ladies have become non existent from a good size which i was accustomed to for almost a year!! I am waiting for them to appear again!! lol

I'm due Sept 30th so I guess I could be a Sept mommy or Oct mommy.....only time will tell!!! I go for my first appt feb 10th so I will probably worry til then.
So far, just a lil pressure in my lower abdomen, extreme fatigue, and a slight back pain.
I am so excited there are so many of us on here!!!
