5 weeks
and its a little annoying that i have to wait another week before i can have my first sono!
how did you ladies feel at 5 weeks? any real symptoms yet? i keep hoping something will happen so i can be positive this is for real....does that make sense? i keep poking my boobs to see if they are still sore 
so far i've been feeling a heaviness in my lower abs, really tender breasts at night and lately i cant stay up past 10pm. I used to be a night person.

Congrats! I know it sucks but they don't like to have you come in before 6weeks because you can't see much and don't want to get us upset!
I am 6w4d and I am exhausted all the time! I can't drink enough sparkling water, boobs are starting to feel tender, and today food has no taste to me.

i had no symptoms at all at first. the only symptoms i had was maybe being a little bit more tired than usual.. good luck!

my only early symptom (besides OHSS lol) was exhaustion. other than that i had no real pregnancy symptoms until 7w.

At 5 weeks I just had sore boobs, AF like cramps, and I was pretty tired.
At 6 weeks I started getting nauseaus all the time.

Besides being bloated from ivf I felt nothing. At 5w6d I thought how it was so odd to have no symptoms. Literally the next day week 6-8 I felt nauseaus on and off all day long, but never really that bad.

I didnt feel symptoms until 6 weeks exactly. Everyone's different though! Good luck at your sono!

thanks for the responses! i waited so long to get pregnant i just need some real symptoms to start so i can feel pregnant...but from what everyone is saying around 6-7w is when they start so i'm not too far from that!

I had cramps that felt like AF up til about 6 weeks. Then it subsided a bit. Now at 7 weeks I have twinges that I think (from google) are round ligament pain from stretching uterus. I am super hungry and not nauseas. My boobs don't really hurt. So not too many symptoms.
