5 weeks...is Immodium safe?
I have that GI bug that has been going around. No vomiting but horrible diarrhea (tmi). Is there anything I can take??

unfortunately, I was told no. It was one of those "if the benefits outweigh the risks" meds, and my dr. basically said unless I was in desperate need I shouldn't take it.
I know exactly how you feel though, my stomach has been a mess lately, and was in the first trimester too.
Make sure to drink LOTS of fluids - especially gatorade.

It's on my no list. Lots of fluids!
Pre-pregnancy during one stomach virus bought the doctor told me to avoid Immodium because it often could prolong the bug. Feel better.

I had to take it the night before my sisters wedding bc I was so sick. I didn't know I was pg at the time so it was innocent. But I think if you take it you'll be fine.

My dr. said Immodium was on the NO list, but Pepto is on the Yes list.
