5 year old DS refuses to sleep in his own bed

I am at my wits end with my 5 year old. He will not go to bed in his own room. he screams, cries, etc. He shares a room with his sister who is younger and goes to sleep earlier so I can't let him do that. I let him fall asleep in my bed and transfer him. I am over it. I've tried reward charts, night lights, bribing, nothing works! Please help. WWYD?

My DD is only 4 months but I will share what my parents did with me.....I was the same way apparently. I was 6 when they had had enough so they told me one day that I could continue sleeping in their room but I had to sleep on the floor. I did it for a few days and then I opted for my bed. Not sure if thats good advice but it worked for them.

LOL funny thing is, I have a sleeping bag on my floor that he sleeps in when he comes in the middle of the night.

Oh and he loves the damn sleeping bag lol. I thought like you mentioned it would be a deterrent but nooooo
