55+ Communities
Now that we have moved to Long Island. My MIL wants to follow.. Does anyone know of any 55+ communities in Eastern Nassau or Western Suffolk? She is looking to rent not buy:

I heard they shut down all the 55+ communities & opted for 65+ to accomodate the aging population.

I could only wish If you only knew the hell she made about moving to Long Island and how she wasn't leaving Staten Island and everything she knew. Now 4 days after the moving truck left she is talking about moving closer to us.
