5ofClubs! apple cinnamon bread
I made you apple cinnamon bread last night
It was sooo good. DH loved it
Question - did the apples rise to the top of the bread? and also do you think I can make that same recipe and put it in muffin pans?

I am so happy you liked it 
I am acutally going to try putting it muffin pans for Christmas. I bought snowman muffin pans. I think it will work.
As far as the apples rising to the top I never noticed.

Just a note on baking with apples, raisins and things that float to the top.....roll them in flour and they shouls stay all over instead of at the top.
