Re: 6 month and naps

2 naps- one at 8:30am or 9 until 10:30- 11am- Second nap at 12:30- 1pm until around 3pm.
She probably could even use a third one at around 5pm but she goes down at 6:30pm so we just keep her up.

She is up at 6-6:30am. We had to do CIO for naps at 5 mths since she would only cat nap. She is not the best sleeper. Chat Icon

Re: 6 month and naps

2-3 naps. One at 10 which was lasting 1-2 hours. Another at 2 which was lasting 1-2 hours. Sometimes she'll take one at 5:30. She recently went back to taking 45 minute naps. It has becoming harder and harder to put her down, now that she knows how to pull herself up in her crib. I've been letting her play it out (she doesn't cry, she'll just sit there and play) When she poops out, she poops out. I've also been keeping her up longer 2 1/2- 3hours. She doesn't seem tired after 2 hours.

2-3 Naps.

One right after his 1st bottle in the AM (around 6 or so)

A cat nap from about 10:00-11:00 (this only lasts about 30-40 mins)

His longest nap goes from either 12:00-2:00 or 1:00-3:00..He is just starting this two hour nap routine.Chat Icon

Bed is at 8PM

**He may take one more cat nap around 4:30 or so.**
