6 week sono today having with some spotting UPDATE
last week went for a sono at 5w2days and all looked good. I had some pink spotting then brownspotting for 3 days prior to the sono but was reassured it was ok. notthing since then.
the RE office rescheduled me for another sono today at 6w2days to make sure things are progressing as they should.
Last night i woke up to ds mickey mouse toy playing on its own at about 2am - i got the daylights scared out of me and couldnt calm down for about half hr. Iwas already having a bad dream of someone breaking in the house and i thought the toy playing on the monitor was a woman taking ds away.
anyway i went to the bathroom half hr later and had some pink spotting. UGH..
Hopefully sono shows my little bean thriving and doing well.
Need lots of prayers - thanks - will definintely update when i get back
UPDATE:
we got a baby with a strong heartbeat but the bleeding is caused from a subchronic hematoma that is closer to the gest sac than the re would like. She told me to take it easy- no lifting, cleaning going up and down stairs etc. I have a 10 month old and that is going to be tough  but i have to do what i have to do.
I am already on blood thinners so hopefully this will clear up on its own. I go in again next week to check baby again and re-eval the area - hopefully it gets smaller

I am 6w1d today and woke up with spotting too
Went to the RE this morning and all seems to look ok..It's going to be a long week till my next sono 
They told me it is very common ( and I also bled the whole pregnancy with my DD)
Try to relax, easier said than done

Also, if the blood is not red, it means its old so its quite possible that when you had your last sono they irritated your cervix , which is what they told me..
On the sono, the tech showed me where the blood is and mine shows it to be near the cervix ( not the uterus) ...
With my DD I had a subchorinic hematoma ( bleed on the uterus) which is very common with IVF and they ruled that out this time...

Good luck! I was bleeding, at that time, as well (and for many more weeks). You are in good hands with your RE. I stayed with mine until the worst of the bleeding was over and I am so glad I got to have that extra special attention.

I spotted for a full week in my first trimester.... and everything's fine at 33 weeks

i'm 10 weeks and have been spotting brown and pink depending on the day since a major bleed on 7/24...i have a subchorionic hematoma but none the less it's super scary!!!

That sounds scary but hang in there!!

We didn't see the heartbeat on mine yet ...I'm a little concerened

i wouldnt be concerned about the heartbeat yet.. the re said they saw more than they expected to see with the baby today.

Glad to hear the baby is well. I had a hematoma as well in the beginning, but it went away and the baby is fine!!

I had an SCH and bled from 6wks-15wks (sometimes really heavy). It was really scary, but it resolved itself.
I totally agree that rest is the best way to go. I took a lot of time off of work, but it was worth it. Maybe a family member could help you with your 10 month old?
