I think it's pretty scary that so many people live like this and fear the future this country has.

Incredibly depressing and scary. Makes me greatful for what little i have. Greatful i have no student loan debt and makes me scared to finish school, and buy a home.

That honestly made me cry. What's scary is how people who planned and saved and thought they were doing the right thing for their future are in dire straits when they shouldn't be. They shouldn't be because they did everything they could to not have them happen to themselves. I'm just so sad over the state of this country

I use to work for the 4th or 5th guy in the video.
stan o'neal.
sometimes he was comfortable enough around me to allow me to ride in the elevator with him.
4 nights a week i was on his phone bank and saw him...holier then thou.

so many people are out of work because of him now.

honestly..i will go there. i can't understand republicans. protecting themselves in case they happen to become that 1% one day???

It really puts things in perspective. It makes me feel thankful for what I do have, but it makes me fearful for the future. I fear that a few years down the line I will have to stop saving for retirement to keep up with the cost of living. Or move

Its ALL of congress. I agree the rich should be taxed. But last time I remember the higher tax bracket being told they wouldn't get as much as the lower tax bracket it exploded with "small business owners, you're hurting those who give us jobs, it all rolls down hill" its a vicious cycle.

Partisanship has little (but some, just not all) to do with it in my mind. Both sides have at one point or another been the majority vote but NOTHING has changed.

We VOTE in the rich. We put them there. of course they are only protecting themselves. In my ideal world I'd have congressional term limits, fire the whole nasty bunch and start over!

I feel they use us as puppets against each other in their rhetoric and games. We believe in them and we see what we want to see and what THEY want us to see. They have been playing us for so long. Those who come that are in anyway a challenge to their way of life is exposed for anything and instead of exposing themselves, they drain an opponent dry. vampires all of them.

They make me sick!

Watching this video, looking at the photos, reading the stories - made me very sympathetic to their cause and I was behind them 100%

Then, I started hearing interviews on the radio and on TV. People QUITTING THEIR JOBS to protest? A young girl today on 1010WINS said her father worked as a teamster for 30 years and he was not able to provide her with a future, she has no future -- she quit her job at the deli to protest. . . what a great thing to say about your hard working dad - I bet he wants to smack you upside the head right now.

I am embarrassed for them! They need better educated and better informed voices if they want to get more public support. . .
