7 days of high but no peak now low
What does anyone make of this? I'm guessing I didn't O this month. I'm CD 25 and today was low so TOM should be here soon right? I guess I need to force myself to start temping. How exact does the time have to be? Within the hour?

yes, they recommend that you temp as soon as you wake up (before you get out of bed) within the same hour each day. the closer the time, the better.

Posted by monkeybride I guess I need to force myself to start temping. How exact does the time have to be? Within the hour? My temps were erratic until I set my alarm to go off at the same time every morning. I just rolled over, took the temps and fell back asleep.
You also need to have at least 4 hrs of sleep for accuracy...so if you got up at 5a and temp at 7a, the temps might be a little off. Not such a biggie in the cycle unless you are nearing O time.

Is this your first month using the monitor? I've heard of this happening to first time users as the device needs to get use to your levels.
