1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa 1 large tomato, chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 bunch chopped green onions 1 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded 1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS In a medium bowl, blend the taco seasoning mix and refried beans. Spread the mixture onto a 9x13 dish. Mix the sour cream and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Spread over the refried beans. Top the layers with salsa. Place a layer of tomato, green bell pepper, green onions and lettuce over the salsa, and top with Cheddar cheese. Garnish with black olives.
i leave out the lettuce!

1 Tbsp taco seasoning 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened 1 cup guacamole 1 cup salsa 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheese 2 stalks scallions, chopped 1/2 small can sliced black olives, drained and chopped
mix taco seasoning with cream cheese, spread onto bottom of round pie plate or 9x9 square pan.
add layer of guacamole (i use the Trader Joe's guac), then sprinkle the chopped scallion
add layer of salsa
cover top with shredded cheese and garnish with olives

Friday's used to have a delish 9 Layer Dip:
* 6 slices Lean Bacon * 1 0z Can Refried Beans Plain * 1/2 C. Sour Cream * 1/2 tsp. Taco Seasoning * 3/4 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese * 3/4 C. Guacamole (Frozen or Prepared is Fine) * 1/3 C. Diced Tomatoes (about 1 Romano Tomato) * 1 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro Chopped Fine * 2 Tbsp. Sliced Black Olives * 2 Tbsp. Finely Sliced Green Onions
Directions
1. ================================================== 2. Fry bacon until crisp, and dice. 3. Add refried beans and cook slowly. 4. Stir frequently until the bacon and bacon drippings are mixed through about 15 minutes. 5. Remove from heat. 6. Mix taco seasoning with sour cream and set aside. 7. Place ingredients in this order: 8. Place refried beans on serving platter spread out to 1 - 1 1/2 inches thick. 9. 1/2 C. shredded cheese 10. 1/2 C. prepared sour cream 11. 3/4 C. guacamole 12. diced tomatoes diced cilantro black olives sliced green onion 1/4 C. cheese for garnish 13. Serve with taco chips
