knife sharpening
Where can I get a new edge and our knives sharpened? We are in Western Nassau but I'm willing to travel to find someone good :)

I know that the Sears Hardware in Lindenhurst does them. I've never had them done but they have a sign. Otherwise, check some restaurant supply stores. They may know.
