Lucas Joseph is here!
So, I was 8 days late so dr. decided to induce. Went into Stony Brook on Friday morning May 3rd and started pitocin at 9am. Dr broke my water at 1130 and then contractions hit so bad. I got epidural at 130 and by 345 I felt urge to push. 20 minutes of pushing later he was born at 412 pm. Pushing was super easy for me, I tore but couldn't feel it. he came out screaming with hs eyes wide open and immediately latched on breast. He was 7 lbs 14 oz 21 inches with a head of hair. I was really worried about being induced, but it worked out fine. Good luck everyone and thanks for letting me share.
