7dpo and no signs of anything
I'm 7dpo and have no signs of anything! I have an 11 dayLP so AF is due on Saturday.
This was only our first month of really trying so I'm trying not to be such a baby about this- but we went to DH's friend's house on Saturday and they announced she is 9 weeks pregnant- it was not intentional- just happened. I was so insanely jealous! I feel awful about my reaction....ugh...i just have this feeling though that this is going to be a long road for us....i don't know why- just this gut feeling.
My mom said she read in a holistic health magazine that women who do guided imagery and have positive thoughts about conceiving are twice as likely to get pregnant- this was a study done at Harvard...well, I have only negative thoughts so I bought a guided imagery tape to listen too to try and change my grumpy attitude!

Re: 7dpo and no signs of anything
I understand exactly how you feel. I have wanted to TTC for almost a year now, but felt it was important to wait for my DH to be ready. So he's finally ready and we've been trying and a few of his friends wives announced they were 9 weeks pregnant or so on or around New Year's. I was extremely happy for them, but also insanely jealous!
I've had a rough past - had endo surgery, my ovaries collapse, etc. SO I too think I'm destined to have a rough time ahead...but you must stay positive and know your time will come too!!! Putting too much stress on yourself and/or DH could actually decrease your chances of conception.
SO heads up and have fun trying!!!
TOns of baby dust to you!!

It's not over til AF sings!!!! Maybe it's still too early.
Having your friend announce her pregnancy didn't help matters, I'm sure.
We're here for ya!!!!

Re: 7dpo and no signs of anything
Thank you everyone! I'm trying to stay positive...
I'm going to do relaxation tapes tonight!
If nothing happens for us by April I'm going to an RE!! It makes me feel better to have a plan. ;)
