8 Week Appointment Tonight
I am so excited. My dr. told us we should be able to hear the heartbeat today. I have waited for this day to get here. My DH is so excited. I just have this tiny drop of fear that something will go wrong. Can I please have some prayers for a good appointment?

Mine is on Friday and I'm so so so excited! It's actually my first OB appointment and I just found out DH is off and can come with!

Don't panic if you can't hear it. My placenta was anterior (in front) and we couldn't hear it that early. But we got to see it flickering away on the u/s!!

I think that's why my dr didn't even try at 8 weeks (and I was so caught up in just seeing it, I forgot to ask if we could hear it). But seeing it flicker was the most amazing sight!
