9 Weeks and AM sickness has kicked in
It started a few days ago. I eat breakfast feel fine and BAM. We did have my grandmothers services this week,so, I was also thinking nerves..I get sick in the AM, but, feel fine the rest of the day. I didn't have AM sickness with DS, just naseousness. I'm going to say, that, Yep,.,It's kicked in.
What do you ladies eat for breakfast to try and settle your stomachs?

Mine kicked in at 9 weeks too.
Bagels and Chex Cereal were really the only thing I could get down in the morning.

Re: 9 Weeks and AM sickness has kicked in
I had my first twinge last night at 10:45PM. So far in the morning, I'm just not feeling hungry and I gag when brushing my teeth.

Re: 9 Weeks and AM sickness has kicked in
i've read a lot of things that suggest laying in bed & eating crackers BEFORE getting up. Lay there for an extra 10 minutes or so after you eat the crackers and then move on with your day.

Re: 9 Weeks and AM sickness has kicked in
When I had m/s sickness, it didn't matter what I ate. If I ate something for breakfast, I got sick. If I didn't eat something, I got sick. You could try to eat something plain like saltines or toast. Hope you feel better soon.

I should have said... I was in my first trimester during the summer, and things like melon helped me ALOT with the nausea (watermelon, canteloupe)
