BREAKING: President Joe Biden to mandate all employers with more than 100 workers require COVID vaccinations or weekly virus tests. The new requirements would affect as many as 100 million people.

But there are many buildings that have a lot less.

How many years after the Hep B came out that your kids got it, a couple months? A year? I doubt your kids are that old.

But Covid kills more total than Flu. And kids can pass Covid onto adults. At least that's the theory behind it, right? The flu shot is pretty much new every year. New strain is injected into it, isn't it? And it's never 100 percent because they never know what the new strain will be. So it makes sense why the vaccine isn't 100 percent for Covid either.
I don't know all the answers, but I do know that we can't keep losing more and more people, and living our lives like we have for the past 18 months.

He does not. It has to go through the courts.

I think his authority supercedes local government authority. But, I'm not 100% sure about that. I mean there are many laws that private businesses have to follow. They don't get to opt out just because they are a private business.

They said the companies have to pay for the tests but could pass the cost along to employees in one article I read.
ETA - I feel though since it is also being spread by vaccinated the best thing to do is test everyone who will be working in person.

Yeah, I'm pretty shocked about that also to be honest. But, the DOE employees are all required to be vaccinated. Weird!
How many kids have died from blood clots from the vaccine? I haven't been following any of that to be honest.

Maybe since it’s not FDA approved yet for 12-15 and that’s the bulk of students currently eligible. They also have a fairly high vaccination rate in that age group.
I can’t find an exact number of those who died from blood clots.
But I do agree with you that some of the currently required vaccines don’t make full sense.

I can understand hesitancy to get young children vaccinated for Covid. Reasonable people can and should take pause, look at the data, speak to their ped, etc.
But it's mind boggling how some people aren't willing to do ANYTHING to end this.
Pushback on masks. Pushback on the vaccine for adults, which while not perfect is preventing millions of deaths around the world. Pushback on staying home. Pushback on testing, even.
Enough with the nonsense and at least try to do the right thing.
One or two people on here have insisted they really believe some people love the masks and want to wear them forever. Well, I'm starting to think some people love Covid and don't want this to go away.

I don't know all the answers, but I do know that we can't keep losing more and more people, and living our lives like we have for the past 18 months.
Flu actually kills more children than Covid statistically.
And kids can pass it to adults but the vaccine does not stop them passing it to adults. Ot anyone.
