A big, big Thank you (regarding last weeks PP sadness - weigt related)

I posted about a week ago about my depression regarding my PP weight and all. A lot of people suggested my buying some clothes in my new size rather than continue to walk around in my maternity clothes.

I just want to say, my Levi's 512's came the other day and they look pretty good. DH even said they looked really good on me. I realized I gained 2 sizes per child rather than looking at it as gaining 4 sizes since before DD#1. At least it was consistent - LOL.

So a big thank you from me to all who made the suggestions. I also tried to go to a Bikram class the other day, unfortunately the instructor wasn't very nice when I tried to talk to her before class about my concerns nor was she organized and I was very uncomfortable and got a migrane like headache that night. It was a new school for me, so maybe I'll eventually go back to the one I used to go to. For now... baby steps... I'm drinking water. I was so dehydrated I think it was making a difference in my energy. Also have a doctor's appointment next week to make sure I'm not anemic or some other issue.

congrats. Getting out of maternity and into your "new size" clothes helped me feel back to my old self fast. I didn't mind that the number size was bigger.

I just wanted to add getting new workout clothes really motivated me to get going on some kind of workout. I know it sounds sillly but it really helps. I don't belong to a gym or go to classes, pretty much the only thing I can do rt now are workout tapes and even finding time to do that is tough sometimes. Funny enough even when just I wear my sneakers and workout pants in the house I'll find myself doing squats here and there and overall feel better about myself.
