A BREAK....
Thanks ladies for all your help and kind words the past month, but my body and brain need a break for the next couple of months....after a year and half its needed right now.
Good luck to everyone and I hope I come back to a BUNCH of bfp's!

I took a break on my own, tried to do it for a few months, only lasted a month...LOL ...I give you credit for knowing that you need time to recoup!!

I know how you feel. I am on my third month of a break and am not sure when or if I am going to start "trying" again.

Thank you everyone..its amazing, ever since I decided to take the break about two weeks ago, we booked a vaca, I went back to the gym and I'm super happy.
I can't say how long the break will last but mentallly right now it feels right..
