I find not one thing attractive about this woman. Yes she is a lawyer, activist etc... still not attractive JMO

She is not paid to be attractive.
She is not a celebrity.

As lipglossjunkie said she is a dual certified, international barrister representing ground breaking human rights cases.

George is no dummy. His human rights work (Sudan) probably brought them together. Looks and a tight body only go so far. Such work is so important to him and I can only imagine most actresses were either two ignorant to know anything about the Sudan or were too self-absorbed to care.

If a man only wants a wife for arm candy and has his buddies for intellectual stimulation then fine... if you want to really make a life together, you should be of the same intelligence.

And I just don't get women. She is so intelligent, hard working and downright, groundbreaking... why can't other women celebrate a smart achieving woman who also just happens to be beautiful? Do other women feel threatened by it?

Why is it that more women were accepting of Stacey Kiebler? They never looked comfortable together. Wasn't she a wrestler and reality show contestant? (I never watched) They always looked as if they ran out of things to talk about on the first date.

Why is it such a a big deal that I don't find her attractive am I not entitled to my opinion? People are getting way too personal about this woman without even knowing her. We all agree to disagree. I don't find her attractive others do and that's fine.

Why is how beautiful or not beautiful a celebrity is ALWAYS an argument on here?

Who gives a $hit if someone finds her (or any other celebrity) unattractive OR stunning???? The back and forth pissing match where some people on here feel like they HAVE to convince everyone else how beautiful a celebrity is because they are so accomplished or smart or wonderful is just dumb. People are commenting on a picture, not a person's life's accomplishments.

This is a celebrity newsgroup board where people post pics so we can make remarks about someone's hair, outfit, shoes,...........whatever. It is the SOLE purpose of this board, it's NOT to recognize the wonderful accomplishments of a bunch of famous people we don't know.

Some of you take the comments on here WAY too personally. It's such a wasted effort to try and convince anyone else to think what you think about a person. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions about a person. There is NO one person anywhere on this planet that EVERYONE thinks is gorgeous. What one person considers beautiful another might consider unattractive. It's human nature.

FTR..............I think she's average looking. I don't think she's stunning and while I am sure she's a brilliant, intelligent, accomplished woman I STILL think she is just average looking.

For example, I do not think Channing Tatum is attractive what so ever. I know I'm in the minority & i'm okay with that. I also don't think people who think he's beyond hot are wrong either.

Like I said earlier, beauty is in the eye of the beholder No one is wrong in their opinion on who they find attractive.

I thought it was just me on Channing Tatum. Everyone I know is crazy for him and I don't see it. I think Amal overall is attractive but not a beauty. I think her face is better than her body. If you see a lingerie pic of her (she modeled), she is WAY to skinny in my opinion. Like sickly stick thin.

A. Clooney

i think she is BOTH attractive and brilliant. a win in my book! And I think she really carries herself well. very ladylike and sophisticated.

of course people may find her attractive or unattractive.. just like some people find Tom Cruise attractive - which makes me want to gag.

She's not conventionally beautiful, but she has a great sense of style & a good head on her shoulders. She also doesn't need George's money or fame to catapult her career like some of his past relationships.

I think she's attractive She has beautiful hair, nice body.
I'd rather look at her than the alien head plastic Kim K and her sisters with the scary lips and eyelashes.

Re: A. Clooney

There's something about her that i find attractive. She definitely has a unique look. And I am seriously intimidated by her brain, her success and her confidence.

Personally, I think George married up. I think more of him because she was willing to marry him. I always wondered if he was just full of himself and a little phony, but if she takes him seriously he must be legit.

See now here is the posts that get under my skin

I don't care if people think she is unattrActive or even frumpy (even at the park with her kids lol)

But it's the comments off she's not a woman and she needs to be glammed up etc that annoy me

Wearing sweats. Ponytails no make up etc etc does not make you any less of a woman

I'm with you Gina... I love Jennifer because she's just a real mom who gives 0 F's how she looks when she's with her kids.... Her kids seem to be her #1 priority. unlike Kim K who always "feeling her look"

Re: A. Clooney

My two cents : it is one one thing to say you don't find someone stunning or your absolute physical ideal. However, it is somewhat detached from reality to say that a beautifully groomed, well dressed women in excellent shape isn't attractive. If she was on the street almost anywhere in the world she would be amongst the best looking women there. Remember that a majority of people are overweight to obese, poorly groomed and not very well-dressed. Based on that, almost any public figure / celebrity is going to be attractive. In fact, I can think of very, very few who aren't. So, my issue is one of semantics. While it is fine to say that you don't think someone is miss universe level beautiful , I think it is borderline irrational to deny that she or someone of comparable appearance is attractive.

I just had to smile at this because on Saturday we took DD to the movies. Looking around at the people on line, I said to DH, my GOD, society has really gone down hill.
People looked like they just rolled out of bed, ill fitting clothes, unwashed hair, all kinds of ugly.
Not saying you have to get dolled up to see a movie, (I was in leggings and a sweater) but a shower and a comb would be good.
So you kind of hit the nail right on the head with what you just wrote!
I agree with you 100%
Attractive to me does not mean beautiful, stunning, or gorgeous.
Attractive to me means well put together, and nice to look at.

See but we are polar opposites on that bc for me unless they legit smell, covered in dirt or something like that I don't think they impact society lol

But I'm more of a comfort chick. I don't wear makeup. My hair is a mess etc

You would be scared of me lol

Am I the only one who doesn't get her appeal?

ITA... she is pretty but nothing to go gaga over. I think its because she was the one to finally get George Clooney to settle down.

Ummm.... The woman is a lawyer, activist, and author. She is brilliant, and has a powerful career. How would any man not see the appeal in such a woman??? Because she isn't some vapid celebrity with a perfect body that she works on all day and works with 15 stylists before she walks out the door? I don't understand how women can look at someone like this and criticize her because she doesn't look like a celebrity. She isn't a celebrity. And George has had his share of celebrity women in his life and throwing themselves at him all the time. He obviously found Amal waaaayyyy more appealing than all of that.

I respectfully disagree. As someone who worked in the entertainment industry surrounded by these type of people that were beautifully groomed, well dressed and in excellent shape. There were some that still were not attractive. And the public thought so as well when they met them IN PERSON vs pictures in magazines that were photoshopped to death.
