A Diet/Food Q
ok this is semi-embarrassing...but then again I have no shame with my LIF/LIW friends...
first off I have ibs.. so my stomach is super sensitive..the only thing that doesnt hurt my tummy is bread..so i tend to eat a lot of bagels, crackers, anything with bulk so my stomach wont hurt..
dairy ALSO kills my stomach but with all the carbs lately i am def. gaining weight in my stomach...
i work out at least 1 hr 5-7 times a week, i love the gym and go religiously..so the fact that my stomach was gaining i KNO is cause of the carbs...
anyways i m trying to cut back on the breads and load up on fruit or veggies, even tho it really makes my stomach go crazzzy not to mention i feel like there is so much gas in my stomach (the embarrassing part) i can explode or something...
what do u guys do to avoid this?? any tips?? Thanks

A few of my friends swear by "beano", which is a supplement you can take to help you digest the fiber in legumes and vegetables. However, with your IBS, I am not sure if you could take it or not.

FM Julz33, I think she's mentioned that she has IBS also.
Good Luck!

Re: A Diet/Food Q
I know if you are cooking something...like a sauce or chicken..etc..my mother gave me bayleaves..you are supposed to put one in whatever you cook...it helps prevent gas!!
