A Few Pics from My "Better-Late-Than-Never" Baby Shower
For those of you that don't remember, after complications of pre-eclampsia I ended up delivering my  at 33w1d, which also happened to be the day before my baby shower!! The baby shower ended up being rescheduled for today. It was wonderful. It was held at Ayhan's Mediterranean Restaurant in Baldwin. I am overwhelmed with people's generosity,  , we got SO many great gifts!! I also saw a lot of old friends and family that I haven't seen in a while, it was really nice. Despite the last minute rescheduling, about 80% of the original attendees were still able to make it, which I was really surprised about.
Anyway here are just a few pics of the day!
The cake was made by my aunt who used to be a wedding cake designer back in the 80's. The bear on top of the cake is similar to a cake she made me when I turned 4!!  .

Your aunt made that cake?!! I was just telling my dh earlier that I wanted to ask where you got it because it was DELICIOUS!!  Wow, talented aunt you have!! 
Everything was perfect mama, and you looked so happy!!
