a food tip for you dieters
I've been on this lifestyle change since dec 27th and have lost 16lbs (probably would've lost more but I went to disney for 2 weeks) and I honestly owe it all to the biggest loser cookbooks. I never really cooked for myself except for the normal grilled chicken, salmon, brown rice, broccoli. I got the cookbook a long tome ago and never bothered to use it. I finally broke it out and its amazing. The food is so delicious and I don't feel like I'm dieting!! I seriously recommend it to everyone. If anyone wants, I can write up a list of everything in there and if you want a specific recipe, I can message you it. It really helps! Good luck with your weight loss ladies

I think I might have it hiding some where in my cabinet. Maybe I will break it out and try it. Thanks!!

Re: a food tip for you dieters
A great tip for getting lots of great recipes without buying a ton of books is to use the library. My mother wanted some good light recipes when she started eating healthier. I went to the library and took out five books. She then made her own recipe book from them with recipe cards. As she tried them she would keep them if they were good or toss them if they weren't. You could also photo copy recipes you want to try.
