A good update on me
went for my 34 week appointment and got great news - NO more effacement, i am holding steady at 25-30%, and still NO dilation!!!
i am THRILLED to have made it to 34 weeks, and there's no sign that i am having this baby any time soon! 
now i just have to wait 10 more days until i'm off bed rest
