I voted for Scott Discik...
While I believe that they are both extremely "douchy"...
I think that Scott "LOOKS" as much a douche on the outside as he is on the inside. If you didn't know Spencer Pratt for what he is... royal douche... and you saw him on the street, he doesn't LOOK as much of a douche as Scott does.
I love how much time, thought and energy I just put into this answer!

Although that was an extremely tough call, I chose Spencer. My reason is that Scott doesn't seem like a complete douche on every episode of the Kardashians and sometimes I can tolerate him (pre-Vegas episode) whereas Spencer is an a-hole consistently.

Oooh tough one!
I think I may have to choose Scott because I feel he's more of a poser...he walks around in those ridiculous outfits and just wastes resources while contributing nothing. And because he's the Preppy Killer.
Spencer at least does something...I never feel like my tax money will be feeding Spencer's children. Or paying for Heidi's plastic surgery.
