A little bit of sports related political fokelore if you will...
According to the news anchors down here, when the Redskins win the game before the presidential election, the incumbent party wins the Whitehouse. When they lose, the other party wins
'Skins lost last night. 
Oh, and a little more fun trivia... when I right clicked on "Whitehouse" to check the spelling, one of the choices was "Whorehouse"

Yep, I saw that on ESPN on Sunday morning.
The only time in history it hasn't been true was with the Bush vs Kerry election.
