A little bummed... (little long)
Although this is our third month of trying, this is really only the first month that I took it really seriously. I used a fertility monitor, bbt, opks, and tried to figure out CM (didn't do a great job here). I got my peak reading on the fm on Thursday, opk + on Thursday, second Peak on Friday. We bd'd Mon night, Thurs afternoon and Fri morning. I figured I would ovulate on Friday based on what I was seeing so I really thought our bd pattern was going to be great. Well, I entered my temp and fm reading (low) and the fm determined by ovulation date was Thursday - which puts out bd pattern at only good.
I guess I am disappointed b/c I really tried this time to make the ultimate scenario ....

I am sorry to hear that! DH and I have been kinda trying too but I am going for the kit next month, once July hits.
Good Luck, I am new at TTC so I would understand your disappointment.

I don't think you should be bummed about that at all, if you BD the day you O'd that is better then just a "good" reading. All you need is one time- I hope your 2ww goes by quickly and you get your BFP soon
BTW, I just got my peak on my FM so I'll be waiting with you

I also used temping, OPKs, charting, etc. My bd pattern was rated as "good" and we only "did it" twice around supposed O time. I also thought I had "missed" my opportune time.
I'm now 37 weeks pg!

Thanks everyone!
I looked at the chart again and it said ovulation was detected b/c three elevated temps were recorded. But they count a pt one degree increase from Thursday to Friday as the first day of increase - which could just be a timing of temping difference. So I feel a little better than I probably ovulated on Friday - making my bd timing better.
Me and DH are a little older (37 & 38) so I feel like everything has to be perfect timing wise as the chances are not good for us to begin with.
And to 06bride - hopefully this will be our month!
