a little confused
I know this may seem a little dumb, but at what weeks do the month switch? for example, I am about to start my thirteenth week - so am I startign my fourth month? thanks

1-6 is your first month. roughly 8-12 is the second...you are in your 2nd or 3rd...certainly not your 4th.

since the 9 months is actually 40 weeks, it comes out to about 4 1/2 weeks per month. I say you are at the end of your 3rd month. Next week should be fourth month.

You are PG for 40 weeks started from your last period.
So divide 40 by 4. That gives you 10 months.
New trimester switch approx. every 13 wks.
