A little disappointed
i worked my u know what off at the gym this week. i went everyday and went to weigh in tonite. the scale says that i gained a pound. i couldn't believe it. dh couldn't believe it either. he misses me in the morning. he knows how hard i was working this week and couldn't believe that i didn't lose anything. i don't know why i didn't lose. it kind of discouraging. i'm not going to give up

I have been having the same problem, and then finally yesterday the scale seemed to move
I think we are building muscle, which weighs more. You will see it soon. Stick with it!!!

Its always so hard when I do good and cant see a reward on the scale. Very easy to say well I might as well......
BUt focus on how good you feel. You have come so far I knew you werent giving up, just adding some words of encouragement!
