A little late, but this is the TY I made for the end of EI...
They were all so touched by the card and gifts, I just wanted to share. I was  looking at my baby 3 years ago and seeing how far he's come.
This was the cover (please don't quote):
ETA: It looks like that because I "scrapbooked" it, then scanned it. It's different papers & stuff.

We heard from 3 of his therapists telling us that they love looking at his card everyday and miss him terribly. We're going to see 2 of them later this week
