A little relief for those suffering from colds, the flu, or a nasty cough...
I was suffering from a VERY horrible, hacking cough and chest cold for about a week. I decided to get a WARM humidifier and keep it by the bed at night.
Well, it's been only 2 days using it and I am all better 
So, for all of those suffering like I was, I just like to pass that on, that maybe try getting a WARM humidifier and use it at night.
Anything to help, right?

The warm humidifiers are very helpful - just make sure you clean them out extremely well every single day as the warm mist breeds bacteria and mold.
