A night out
My Dh sends me this email about a dinner and dance thing, basically asking if I would like to go. Sure I would love to...but we need a baby sitter...???? So he starts talking with out thinking .. well Iguess we will have to waite a few years before we can go out then. Hello why ask me if I want to go out and do something did you forget we have 2 kids??? SO I said lets find some one...We are going to ask his brother but they go out ever weekend, I don't see the harm in asking. Does any one use a baby sitter like 1x a month to go out? If so where did you find them.

I have a bunch of friends (both with chidlren and without) and we rotate going out. I am also lucky enough to have my mom close by!
But, when all resources run dry, we have a high school student in the building who babysits as well!

You could always look on Craigslist in the classifieds section. I often babysit for mothers in the area that have had trouble finding sitters. They found me from a post of mine on Craigslist.
