A post to help Lauren (Leighla)
Hi Everyone. The last few weeks there has been a tremendous amount of support for one of our friends, Lauren (Leighla). As you know, her DH was disagnosed with stage 4 cancer and they are starting chemo. A few of you cooked her some dinners, a few of you sent her some gift cards to buy dinner, and a lot of you have asked what else can you do. There was a paypal account set up in Lauren's name, and if anyone wants to make a monetary donation to help Lauren in this time of need, you can do so. Please send the donation to [email protected]. If you would prefer to mail a check, please FM me for my address and I will deposit the checks into the account. You can also make the check payable to lif-leighla.
Lauren and her DH and little Logan have a long road ahead of them, and I hope that she will know that she has many friends on this website, both those of that know her IRL, and those of us that only "know" her from this wonderful website.
