So, today was supposed to be the day that I had 10 inches cut off my hair to donate. But the salon I was supposed to go to in St. James messed up the appointment, had me in for an appointment next month and could not take me today. I called last week and I know I asked for the appointment to be today. I may wait untiil Thanksgiving to do the big haircut because my original goal was to donate at that time & I would have a bit more length.

I had to do something today because my bangs were terrible, so I stopped into New Level for a bang trim. I really liked the girl. Has anyone gone there for a full haircut? It would only be $25 and I have not had a $25 haircut since 1986!!!!! I have paid that for a bang trim!!! She seems to understand my hair texture and a lot of people do not. But I have never even seen a haircut she did except for my bangs. I just got a good feeling but it is a relatively new place & I don't know the people there. But I am annoyed at the other salon and now I do not know if I want to use that person.

Oh and the barbershop side was packed with guys getting their fades ready to go to the clubs tonight. It reminded me of being 20 years old again. I asked the girl if they go to the gym to "pump up" before or after the haircuts.
