I just apply either mousse or gel (different brands) with my fingers while my hair is soaking wet. I don't use a brush, because then my hair gets frizzy.

Then I let it air dry - AND try not to touch it too much, because that makes it frizzy too.

I have high maintenance curls!Chat Icon After I towel dry my hair, I spray a leave-in conditioner, then apply a frizz-ease type serum, and then gel it up.

Re: a question for curley haired girls

I first apply leave in conditioner (Frederic Fekkai Glossing Cream) then I apply gel to my damp hair. After I diffuse it with my hair dryer.

Re: a question for curley haired girls

I try to dry it as much as I can with a towel then use Loreal curl spray scrunch it with the towel - let it dry for a few minutes and then use hair spray and scrunch it again with the towel. Once it is completely dry its pretty curly

I thought it was only me with this problem.

But after I wash my hair, I towel dry it as much as I can then put some Frizz-esse hair serum and Pantene moose and let it air dry.

I have a strange way of drying my hair, but if I have the time I would lay on my bed and hang my hair off the side so it air drys -- that way without anything touching it

Re: a question for curley haired girls

I towel dry most of it then put in mousse. When it's half dry I spray it with Curl Booster (Got 2B). I wind up with a "wet" look which I am actually getting tired of. I need to dry it more for a natural curl.

Re: a question for curley haired girls

I also use paper towels sometimes to get the moisture out of the ends - I thought I was the only one who did this!

I use silk therapy and biolage gelee, flip my head over, scrunch and hope for the best!!!

What's sunsilk???

I put a little gel in it(mostly on the ends), then use sprunch spray. I usually just let it air dry.
