DS's lower tooth is noticably cutting gum. He's only 10 weeks old and is beside himself (very cranky and trying to jam his hand in his mouth). I know you aren't supposed to use numbing agents, what CAN I do for him? I feel so horrible for him.

you can TRY the hylands' teething tablets. they didn't do much for emma.
you CAN use ambesol, but just be aware HOW MUCH you are using.
frozen teethers, or ones you can put in the fridge...

We used the Hyland's Teething Tablets. They worked for DS. You can also freeze a washcloth and rub it on his gums.
