I have a 2 year old son who is generally very happy, not too whiny and easily distracted when he is upset. Well lately that has all started to change.....yesterday was the worst by far. He was not happy all day, me and DH tried everything. I was at my witts end. And of course he only wants me, which hurts DH's feelings. I attribute it to possibly getting 2 yr molars and my schedule changing (I am in school so we just started the new semester) and maybe just being 2, I don't know. How do I deal with whining and crying everytime he doesn't get his way. I use time-out for the rare behavioral problem. It has been very effective and DS hardly ever has to be put in time-out these days. I don't think thats the right way to handle whining and crying....IS IT???? Bad moods? tantrums? At home? Out and about?What do you do?
