A YUMMY skirt steak recipie.
I know this probobly belongs on recipies but i know this gets more traffic.. I went to a nye party and they made this it was soooooooo good. you have to try it!
I have to warn you it looks gross when marinading b/c its very green but soooooooo YUMMY tasting

yummy! chimichurri is so good! my mom is from argentina and she makes this all the time for me! she makes it without the basil.

DH is from Argentina and we eat this all the time. He is getting upset that Americans are discovering his beloved skirt steak  Yummy!!!
