Absolutely delicious little snack concoction i created..
OK..don't laugh. But it was delicious..
I took a wedge of laughing cough cheese (creamy swiss), put 1/2 tsp brown sugar on top and nuked it for about 15 seconds total. Spread it on 3 crackers..
It seriously tasted like brie...i even had DH try one and he was like "OMG this is delicious".
The creamy swiss tastes like brie to me so i figured why not?
I counted the snack as 2 points which seems accurate..Just wanted to pass on!!
(of course i could have had ten more, but it did the job for a small snack!)

This sounds SO GOOD. I love brown sugar or anything involving it. I could eat (and have eaten) a spoonfull right out of the box.
