Acai Berry..........
Anyone here take it????????
Also, I'm throwing in the towel. I need to get my fat arse back to the gym. I was doing so great, got so busy and was too exhausted at night to go. So now, while the kids are at school I'm going to go and will still have enough time to go food shopping 
oh Lizzzzzaaaaaaaaaaaaaa - me needs a gym buddy for Thursday niiiiiiiiiiiiggggggghhhhhhht

Im pretty sure that my mom was just telling me about this...she just ordered it...she said that Dr. Oz highly suggests it (actually the real berry)

Acai hasn't really been proven to help weight loss--its an antioxidant that helps minimize free radical damage to the body. It may have SOME weight loss benefit, but it is not that much. Same with Noni.
