How long did it take you from when the seller accepted your bid to sign the contract?

I think it took us about 2 weeks, they lawyers had to go back and forth with some stuff before we could sign.

Right now we are in the 2 week range - but that is because our lawyer was on vacation in the middle of that 
Hopefully we will go to contract today or tommorrow
