Accidentally froze our Baileys Irish cream
DH accidentally put a sealed, brand new bottle in the freezer. Given the alcohol content I'm surprised to see that it froze solid. Think it will be ok if we thaw it out? I'm concerned bc I don't think cream freezes and thaws well. Thanks.
So we decided to "test" it and drank some tonight - and it was delish  you guys were all definitely right!

Can't hurt to try it.
I would leave it in the fridge to thaw, then keep it in there.

It's alcohol, how bad could it be ?
Pour it over vanilla or chocolate ice cream. So delish.

It might get a bit watery after defrosting but I would keep it in the fridge afterwards.
