Accountants / Internal Auditors come in
My company is looking to hire some people for the internal audit department. It is located in Manhattan. They offer GREAT benefits (a generous maternity leave policy, 100% emplyer funded contribution to a pension plan (15% a year, increasing as you age) and more)

Audit Project Lead-1683695
Description
Support and assist Sr. Audit management in the development, execution and timely completion of a comprehensive "Annual Audit Plan"
Perform and execute various audits using the Risk Based Integrated Auditing (RBIA) framework.
Assist in preparing the Team Success objectives (TSO) and Risk and Control Summary
Coordinate audit activities/assignments with appropriate areas (e.g., Corporate Compliance, Risk Management, external auditors, etc) to ensure optimal operating efficiency
Conduct appropraiet research specifically focusing on regulatory compliacne requirements and industry "best practices"
Ensure that audit work is adequately documented via workpapers prepared in accordance with division and professional standards
Present findings/observations to audit customers during and at the conclusion of audits
Follow-up and report on the status of management action plans
Partner with business units to promote change and enhance
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of three years of public accounting or comparaable internal audit experience
Strong analytical, verbal written communication skills
CPA and/or CIA desirable but not required
Experience in Investment/Financial Services
Primary Location NY-New York
Other Locations
Organization Finance and Actuarial
