achy crampy feeling late second trimester
I'm just about at the end of my second trimester and this morning I started having a mild dull achiness in my lower abdomen. Sometimes feels like I need to use the bathroom but I don't. Anyone else experience this or know what may be causing this crampy feeling so late in pregnancy?
I just had a sonogram last Sunday and all was well with baby, but now this achy feeling is starting to worry me.

Are you drinking enough water? It could be that you're dehydrated.
If they just come and go, it might be braxton hicks.

I'm at the same point as you and I get a lot of different pains in my belly. I know I don't drink as much as I should so I try to up my water. I think some of it is also just everything growing and stretching. Sometimes even the BH are a bit uncomfortable. I wonder if I'm a bit too relaxed about it all but then it goes away and I stop worrying.
