Acid Reflux
OMG the past few days...I have had the worst acid reflux...however today was the worst!!!!!
It was so uncomfortable I kept welling up in tears... I immediately ran on my break to get TUMS... and it did help..
This is normal in pregnancy...right??? I have never ever had this before...what is the best way to make it go away...what should I avoid...
Help me!

No advice but I have the same thing sometimes...I just chew some Tums and suffer...I don't know what else to do...

milk and water with lemon in it! I feel for you, I'm at week 33 and I literally feel as if I can't breathe some nights because of the burning.

I suffer alot as well. I eat tums all the time!! Avoid spicy food & acid fruits.

I started with that last week it is horrible. I keep drinking milk to settle the pain of it.

Ugh...the acid reflux and heartburn are killing me too!!! I just eat some tums...that seems to help a bit.
It seems like no matter what I eat...it could be pizza, vegetables, candy, iced tea...everything gives me heartburn these days !

I agree..I've been getting heartburn no matter what I eat...so I just eat Tums and suffer through. I've been getting this since week 16 and I'm now 33w/3days... It really stinks!! Some nights are worse than others. I ALWAYS keep Tums with me.
