Acknowledgement that I spend time with DC...
I am recovering from surgery, so I'm home for 4 weeks (and can't drive), so I pretty much go where DW drives me..... Today, we picked up DS from pre-K. As the class let out, one of the girls said "You're David's Dad!"
I think it's a good sign if his classmates recognize me.... 
I do go to all of the weekend b-day parties that he's invited to, and I go to pick him up when I have the day off, so his classmates do see me on a somewhat regular basis.
