Active Adult Communities
Does anyone know any new ones that are going up?
I know of Meadowbrook Pointe in Westbury, but are there any others?
Looking for something like the Hamlet or the Greens....

There are new ones being built on Sunrise Highway and Countyline Road. One side looks like condos and the otherside is assisted living. I don't know what they will have in it as far as features. There was another recently built on Merrick Road and Countyline (I think)

I am not sure if it's considered Amityville or Massapequa. It's right on the border.

Thanks Jamie...I think they are looking for something a little more west than that. My dad still works and commutes into the city.
