Activities/sports for a 4.5 year old in Suffolk?
I am looking for wrestling, football, baseball or anything really. any suggestions? Thanks

Soccer is very popular at that age. Our league starts kids at 3. At 3, they just put a bunch of kids and a ball in a rectangle and take pictures of the chaos.... 
At 4 or 5, a lot of leagues are available.
Roughly where are you located?

Our league is pretty close to you.
You don't have to be in the Connetquot SD to join.
