Activity Mat
Do you use an Activity type mat, and which one? At what age? Are they good?

I didn't get one as a gift, but I just bought DS the Tiny Love Noah's Ark one on a whim. So far he just lays on it and stares at the hanging objects... I use it for tummy time too. But it's one of those toys that I know he'll grow into. I think this Noah's Ark one is really cute too!!!
Edited to add he is only a month old, which is why he's not super impressed yet ;)

I started using it about at a month and I had the Baby Einstein water one. By 2 months or so he was kicking away and enjoying it...as much as an infant could.

I had one it was the zoo gymni with lights style 00810t I used it starting at 1 1/2 months old I used it for tummy time she loves it cuz it had music and lights and some different textures Image Attachment(s):

We bought one for DD and she loved it. Now that she's a toddler, I just romoved the top and she uses it in her room to read books on (like a little mat)

We bought a Carter's one and Christopher loved it. At about a month old, he would just stare in awe at everything, but eventually, he started batting at the dangling toys.

Yes it is great I love it cuz the mat it self stimulated her to lift her head with the music and the mirror also the crnkly sounds from the bird and the elephant she loved it she is 19 months and she will still pull it out and play with it every now and then
