Acunpucture ??

I have seen a few post with you ladies talking about this?? How can it help us? What do they do?

Right now, I'm doing it to help with blood flow to help those darn follies along. I've had three visits so far.

I go to Andrea Huggler, and I love her. She's patient, great to work with and has a very calming presence about her.

I lie down with no shoes on, she puts the needs at the points that she says will help with my particuar issues and I lay there for about 30 min with calming music and an eye mask on. After, she takes the needles off, and I leave. i never look when she's doing the needles...I don't even want to know what they look like!!

It all depends on what your needs are. For IF issues, it's mainly for blood flow, at least at first. Like I said, I've only been there three times. Since it's the beginning of iui #3 for me, I'm hoping it really will help.
